Water Anchor

The Water Anchor “W'anchor” is a specialized, retrievable, water-based system to allow forward progress down canyon. When traditional anchors run slim, but you find yourself with an abundance of water along with accompanying geometry, the W'anchor may be suitable for deployment. Rigging the W'anchor at otherwise troublesome drops unlocks a unique system to help the team move down canyon. Extremely fast retrieval afterwards helps avoid wasting time standing around cold and wet.

• Canyoneering and Rappelling are inherently dangerous and present a risk of injury or death that cannot be removed.

• Carefully inspect your system prior to every deployment. All equipment is subject to failure and must be checked prior to each use.

• Detailed inspection reports should be kept on record reflecting each and every use of this product.

• Have a rescue plan and know how to implement it. Many situations can lead to serious injury or death if not escaped!

• The W’anchor should never be used alone. A backup system must always be in place.

• We are not responsible for any accidental, direct, or indirect consequences or damage resulting from the use and or misuse of our products.
